Our Story
William and Juliana, the dynamic duo behind the popular Sushi & Salad restuarants, had always shared a passion for culinary creativity. After years of delighting their customers with fresh, vibrant dishes, they began to dream of something new. One evening, while enjoying a perfectly seared steak at a local eatery, they felt a spark of inspiration. They envisioned a steakhouse that would not only serve exceptional food but also create a welcoming atmosphere where friends and families could gather and celebrate life’s moments together.
Driven by this vision, they set out to create The Griddle Bar and Meathouse. Their goal was to blend the quality and attention to detail they had honed in their previous restaurant with the warmth and comfort of a classic steakhouse. They spent countless hours experimenting with different cuts of meat, marinades, and cooking techniques, ensuring that each dish would be a memorable experience for their guests. They aimed to source the finest local ingredients, supporting regional farmers and producers, just as they had done with their Sushi & Salad offerings.
As they envisioned the restaurant’s atmosphere, William and Juliana wanted it to feel like a home away from home. They decorated the space with rustic charm—warm lighting, cozy seating, and art that celebrated the local community. Their dream was to create a vibrant hub where laughter and the clinking of glasses would fill the air, making every visit feel special.
